One Dream

Project One Dream is a 2D side-scroller platformer based on the themes of the five stages of grief. Helen Copperfield, our protagonist, is experiencing the loss of a loved one, which is affecting the creation of her own game. Each level represents a stage of grief: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and Acceptance. The player, together with Helen, must overcome these five emotions within the project called One Dream, which is dedicated to Helen’s father.
